ABOUT US
Florida Home Bound was established in 1996. In May 1997 we received our State License. In May 2001 we obtained our Medicaid/Medicare License. We opened our Broward agency which is licensed since 2006. Both agencies are currently preparing to be CHAP Certified.
Mission Statement
Our Mission at Florida Home Bound is to provide compassionate, quality health care services to meet the needs of our multi-cultural community. Florida Home Bound is committed to quality, individualized patient care and proudly dedicated to providing the finest health services to date. To work closely with hospitals, physicians, health clinicians, social workers, and family members to facilitate and maintain a free exchange of information in order to provide the care needed regardless of changes in patient/client health status.
Our Goal
Our goal is to provide quality, comprehensive health care services through a coordinated plan of care for those that are ill, the elderly and the disabled in our community. As part of our goal, we expect our health care professional to meet and exceed the expectations of those we serve. Our family caregivers, whether local or long distance are important to us, they are kept informed of the progress of their loved ones and, if needed, support is offered to them by us or community programs.
